Terms and Conditions
Baggage Quest’s On- Time Delivery Guarantee Insurance Policy applies
to domestic shipments with origin and destination address residing within
United States (excluding Guam and Porto Rico). On-Time Guarantee coverage
applies to orders placed within 48 hours of the scheduled pick up date and
begins when Baggage Quest carriers complete the original pick up scan to final
delivery scan. Shipments exceeding the guarantee delivery date will be granted
a $500 insurance credit by Baggage Quest, LLC. The following circumstances
will be honored and qualify for Baggage Quest’s On-Time Delivery Guarantee
Insurance Policy.
Platinum Service (Next Day Delivery): Items with an arrival
scan later than 8pm the following business day from the original pick up scan.
Standard Service (2-3 Day Transit): Items with an arrival
scan later than 8pm, 3 business days after the original pick up scan.
Standard Saver Service (4-6 Day Transit): Items with an arrival
scan later than 8pm, 6 business days after the original pick up.
Due to uncontrollable and varying customs clearance procedures, Baggage Quest’s
On-Time Delivery Guarantee Insurance Policy will not be applicable to international
shipments to and from the United States and/or from non-U.S territory to non-U.S.
territory.
Baggage Quest’s On-Time Delivery Guarantee Insurance Policy will be
paid in full to the registered individual or organization name in which the
order was placed. Though Baggage Quest will constantly monitor all shipment
statuses from pick up to delivery, it is the responsibility of the individual
or company to notify the Baggage Quest Support Staff of any items that qualify
for the On-Time Delivery Guarantee.
